「華漾 DIM SUM」為華泰大飯店集團旗下精緻港式點心品牌,自2003年成立至今,是老饕與吃貨的最愛。

王牌主打「水晶鮮蝦餃」,經過主廚嘗試20多次不同的餡皮比例,最終得出蝦餃的完美比例,用最薄的餃皮,包裹最飽滿的內餡:薄透的餃皮僅10克重,是市面上常見餃皮的一半,餡料重達31.9克是市面常見餡料的近2倍重。

「華漾 DIM SUM」職人手藝功夫新菜,點心主廚將中餐大菜化為小巧港點,「瑤柱花枝櫛瓜餃」以干貝絲混合飽滿的花枝餡與蝦餃餡,用海味包裏清甜櫛瓜,並用少許蔥與薑絲增加口感,嚐起來淡雅鮮甜,另一道「黑蒜鮮魚餃」以肉質鮮嫩的龍虎斑,混合筍子與黑木耳絲豐富內餡,入口後黑蒜香氣與鮮甜魚肉交融在一起,是市面上少見的港點類型。
此外廚藝團隊同步推出兩道全新特色餐點,「芝麻薑蔥蝦餅」混合大量青蔥、生薑與蝦漿,並用春捲皮包裹餡料,佐以白胡椒粉提味,品味酥脆噴香的新感受;「紅油鮮蝦炒手」將鮮蝦與韭黃混合成內餡,並淋上主廚特製醬料,以朝天椒、花椒油、老抽等製成,味道鮮香麻辣,恰到好處。
